Abigail Ransom
Coach, Facilitator & Trainer
Hey, I’m Abigail, the little sister to Josh & Adam. Both of my brothers passed away within about a year and a half of each other. I was left to be the lone sibling. I had an extremely close relationship with both of my brothers, and the loss has been crushing at times. I have learned to find a balance between being paralyzed by grief and pretending as if I’m completely whole without them.
I am also a woman who has faced debilitating & chronic medical conditions that were either dismissed or ignored altogether. Some of the chronic illnesses I have officially been diagnosed with and currently under treatment for are: Crohn’s Disease, endometriosis, adenomyosis, ovarian & fallopian tube cysts, fibroids, fibromyalgia, dermatographia (aka skin writing). I am currently being tested for a few other autoimmune diseases. It took me over 20 years to officially get diagnosed and treated for my endometriosis which they then found everything else, besides the ovarian cysts as I have struggled with those since I was a teenager. It also took me over 15 years to officially get diagnosed with Crohn’s. All this because I refused to give up on myself!
Due to the amount of growth, self realization and education, I have found a way to truly help others through these awfully lonesome times. I can help you find a balance in your daily life, guide you in advocating for yourself, and have you own your narrative! You are worthy of feeling seen, of enjoying life and exploring new parts of who you are becoming.
I am someone who truly understands your pain and how your struggle is so significant. I longed for someone as I crawled through my pain. I will be that someone, that light be for you.
